This section will assist our NJB coaches during the season. We will cover many issues that face your coaching staff. Area to discuss will be:
1. Philosophy of coaching.
2. Positive techniques of coaching.
3. Skills and drills to improve your players - Teach the fundamentals.
4. Knowledge of what is required when participating in a NJB Tournament.
Quick Coach guidelines when registering for any NJB Tournament:
When registering for any of our tournaments. We require coach to populate their own roster. If you don't remember your password, please use the lost password button located on the login screen.
On some occasions, we require you to fill in your roster, along with each players email.
Majority of our Summer Tournament will require you to fill in your roster, and upload of a team photo.
As a general tip: please complete your roster along with the requirements before the deadline. We may not be able to help you as we will be processing the schedule.
